Problem

MiddlewareHQ was a B2B engineering-analytics company. Its product needed to work where engineering teams already worked: inside Atlassian Jira.

What I built

I owned the web client and Jira integration. I devised a way to run the existing web application inside Jira as a plugin rather than building a separate product surface.

Outcome

At its peak, the Jira plugin drove more than 50% of company MRR. I grew with MiddlewareHQ from zero to more than 30 enterprise clients.
